- No Minimum number of attempts to serve. We persist until service is achieved or paper expires.
- Flat rates per address, regardless of number of service attempts required to serve.
- No mileage charges.
- We must bill for incorrect addresses or move-outs. Server will obtain I.D. of resident and confirm move-out date of defendant with neighbor, building management, etc.
- Surveillance available by P.I. Contractors for highest security jobs.
- Cost of service includes filing return of service with Loop courts.
- Skip tracing available by P.I. Contractors.
